Thats what you always say. Thats your OTHER problem, you never appreciate your work, even though everyone else thinks its awesome. You probably think that if it isn't TL quality that its just plain shit.

You're selling yourself short, and moving to 3D won't change anything unless you get that through your head. If you can't complete a simple stick animation, how are you going to animate in 3D, which is a million times harder?

Stick figures don't make the slightest sense to me. It's incredibly difficult to position through different angles. As I've said many times over, the two main pivot areas in the shoulders and upper legs make it so damn confusing. I cannot visualize it very well. Take a human and mesh the same parts accordingly and that wouldn't make sense. Besides, I spend countless hours and so I see what's wrong with any given flash I work on. I know I can do better...

So you think sticks don't make sense because it's too hard to do angles? Well here's a thought: don't use crazy angles. Have a freakin side-scrolling type shootout for all I care. You just need to get SOMETHING done. I don't care if you're done with sticks for good. If so, fine. I expect to see some amazing 3D character animation out of you. Yes it takes forever to learn and we both know its vastly harder, but you should AT LEAST start with the basics like a bouncing ball and work your way up. And I know you want to learn all the other stuff too like scripting and rigging, but you really should focus on one thing.

And like I said, I'll say it again for emphasis, I'm pretty sure everyone here/former members of ZS liked your stuff (peafag discluded of course). You don't realize how good you are at setting a mood and drawing good backgrounds and animating sticks. You don't give yourself enough credit. Why do you think we want to see something FINISHED from you so badly? Because you're good at it. Simple as that.

I want an animarshun from both of you eventually -.-

I think we should have a "Good old days collab" made entirely out of stick animations, simply for the sake of remembering when they used to be popular and found everywhere on the net, as well as remembering Zero-Sphere and FlashIndustries.

Yes, and it would start and end the same way this movie has.

Only this time we'll be using stick figures and nice and easy, drawn backgrounds, the only 3D being guns. That way you won't be caught up with the lengthy process of modeling almost everything in your scenes.

The modeling process has never been the problem. Though, that is a pretty good idea you have. Perhaps we all can contribute something into one animation or something.

Well me and Garrett never get anything done, Scruffy never animates, and everyone else is probably too lazy

Bad idea is bad.

The idea isn't bad, but it's just the fact that it wouldn't happen.

Trying to put it in a way that might actually get done. Stick figures were popular because of their purpose: to be easy to animate, so I thought maybe we would do something based on that.
