It's much easier to animate too, in a sense. You can change angles to get different views then 2D.

Meh no really, depending on what you animate, Maya and 3D max automatically make Motion tweens between two keyframes which is useful.

Yeah, I already knew that. I meant for animating wise, you can change the angle to get a better view to animate something.

Lipsyncing 80% done
Body Movements 80%
Rendering and lighting 60% done.

Not much too see but whatever.

Also this is nothing like my other work, it's alot better in my opinion but i guess you lot will be the judges of that.

Wow, looks great to me. The emotional feeling and body stance fits nicely. The environment isn't the best, but still. That's not the focal point. I want to see this one.

Yeah the background is a temp background so once the animation is done i can finish it.

I'd try to refrain from using vignette overlays as you did. The lighting makings the stick look like hes one big gradient. The rest is nice.

If it's a lamp light, yes but under this type of light, highly unlikely. But i'll edit it
